Manager – Service Delivery

MAF are searching for an innovative and motivated fleet professional with significant knowledge experience of the fleet or leasing industry.  The successful candidate should evidence detailed experience gained from within the B2B or B2C markets. Be proficient in Passenger Car and Commercial vehicle cost analysis and data interpretation. Have a deep understanding of vehicle management with ability to make sound decisions which would benefit our clients, internal teams and our business

The successful candidate must have experience in setting and delivering personal and team objectives with minimum supervision. This will be a distinct advantage as the business grows

A self-starter, possessing the ability to work and self-manage own workload effectively by prioritising workload in a proactive and efficient manner

A flexible individual, happy to undertake all tasks and responsibilities required in order to meet our customer demands.

This role reports directly into the Director – Head of Vehicle Management

Key Requirements of the role

  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
  • High levels of detail and accuracy when preparing documents
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with data products and IT systems and implementations
  • Analytical and numerical acumen
  • Communicate clearly (verbally and in writing)
  • Tactical vehicle procurement and competitive pricing experience is a must
  • Foster and develop OEM and funder relationships ensuring we maintain key partner status
  • Analysis of our panel funder pricing to identify best in class, national pricing position is maintained
  • Become aware and develop own knowledge of other leasing and associated products
  • Manage and negotiate commercial terms for end user clients as required
  • Provide Management Information utilising dashboards and fleet reports internally and externally
  • Manage the Internal customer service and fleet management process from quote to delivery
  • Key Account Manage & Development business within in the B2C and B2B channels
  • Identify and promote captivating sales offers from our dealer partners
  • Maintain, audit and update company website with all offers.
  • Work collaboratively within a small but experienced team of leasing professionals
  • Provide unquestionable levels of service
