Relationship Manager – Asset Finance

Salary: £18k – £70k + substantial uncapped bonus + car allowance

We are keen to receive applications from experienced sales professionals with a proven background in asset finance who are highly performance driven and self-motivated.

Experience/Skills Required

  • Developing new customer relationships via direct targeting and working with professional introducers, dealers and vendors to identify requirements for asset finance, property finance, invoice finance and re-banking
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities and introducing our product partners
  • Proactive marketing activity for lead generation
  • Originate both vanilla and structured/refinance transactions, obtain credit sanction through to pay-out
  • Meeting sales targets, credit quality, customer satisfaction and retention of clients
  • Sales activity planning, new prospects into pipeline and converting to customers
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, along with excellent rapport building skills
  • Experienced in developing innovation that delivers added value to customers
  • Strong sales skills (e.g. business-to-business selling, relationship management)
  • Excellent communication as networking and influencing skills are essential to be successful in this role
  • Sound risk management and financial analysis skills with the ability to write high quality credit reports incorporating detailed credit analysis.
  • Analytical skills
