Our fully integrated incident management service for fleet operators throughout the UK provides a single point of contact via our driver helpline.

When an accident occurs, our incident team will manage every part of the accident repair process on behalf of our customers, from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and vehicle recovery to vehicle repair management and risk management.

Our service is available for all vehicles, including HGVs, and our experts can qualify incidents quickly, ensuring driver safety is prioritised and minimising the total repair cost for businesses and insurers.

All incidents are reported quickly to our supplier network of approved repairers and we instruct third party agents within an hour of an incident being reported to arrange vehicle recovery, damage assessment and to schedule the repair.

A courtesy vehilce will be provided, and if you wish to upgrade to a different vehicle, we offer a short-term hire facility and can deliver vehicles anywhere in the UK within 2-4 working hours.
